On the financial side, the process begins with the validation of the candidate’s assets and sources of funds. We assure complete confidentiality during every step of this qualification process. Once completed a special Declaration is issued by Arton Capital Bulgaria for the Governmental Authorities in order to process financial transactions and issue Investment Certificate from the Ministry of Finance.
